You can’t. It doesn’t happen as easily as that. It has to be a word that has been in popular use for a number of years, not just a word that you make up.

I am trying to look up the word “live” in the greek term, but all of the sites i have opened give it to me in the actual greek symbols, i am looking for the greek dictionary that does this “the greek words for ‘make a defense’ comes from the greek term ‘apologia’ meaning formal justification.” I don’t want the dictionary to come up in these letters “Ἄδωνις” i can not read those :/ please help.
Is it greek romanization?

The t9 dictionary is horrible messed up and i would rather just reset the dictionary(if there is a way) then have to go and change each individual word.. Someone please have a solution!

Basically, there’s no way, but there is hope. Open up a new message and type out your word. Hit the plus to change it to the one you want it to be, and repeat about 10-20 times. It’ll learn your new preference and start predicting that word instead.
For me, I have a classroom called t6, which i always entered as two different characters. T9 put them together because there was no space so that every time I tried to type “to” it would display “t6″. I opened up a message and only had to correct it about 5 times before it went back to normal.

I was wondering which electronic Chinese dictionary is considered the best. The range in prices is pretty big, and I have no clue which to get!
Second, is having correct stroke order absolutely, positively essential when using it to look up characters, etc? My stroke order is sadly a bit incorrect, I’m sure. XD

I like my Besta, but it’s been three years since I purchased it and I’m sure there are other good ones out there.
However, the stroke order doesn’t matter on my Besta. It recognizes the “big picture” and not necessarily the way I draw it.
BTW, www.yellowbridge.com has a stroke recognition dictionary as well, should you want to use it while at your computer, rather than using an electronic dictionary. Also, skritter.com has good tools for writing, stroke order and stroke recognition.

I assume it’s based on a regular unabridged dictionary, though I don’t know which one. It’s published by (or for) the people who make the game Scrabble, so it has all and only the words that are acceptable in Scrabble–essentially it’s an addendum to the rules of Scrabble.
It’s different from a standard dictionary in that it only includes two- to eight-letter words (although sometimes it’s possible to make nine- or more letter words; now I’m wondering if those are acceptable–for example if “accept” was on the board, adding “able” would make “acceptable”), excluding words that are always capitalized and other “illegal” words. I’m pretty sure each form of a word is written out in full, probably in its proper alphabetical order; most dictionaries will do -s, -ed, etc. or even not mention the possible endings if they’re regular. (I might be wrong on that point.)
Also, the definitions aren’t remotely exhaustive; I don’t know if they ever include more than one as long as the endings would be included in the first one. (For example: “project” is of course both a noun and a verb, but since the only possible suffix for the noun (“s”) is also a suffix for the verb, they might only list and define the verb. I’m not sure about this.) And there’s no pronunciation key or syllablization and no etymology.

Please not the thesaurus, by your own mind!!! Ok!! Just like if your in the long trip you don’t have dictionary what wwill you do? Not the synonyms its the like

A thesaurus. If you look at the synonyms it will give you a list of words that mean the same exact thing as the word you look up.
