Like invent a word and make it be used in the English language.
Be shown in the dictionary.

You can’t. It doesn’t happen as easily as that. It has to be a word that has been in popular use for a number of years, not just a word that you make up.

Tha’ts called coining a word. Its hard to do and you never know if it will catch on.

In general, you need to get other people to use the word, and for it to appear in print – newspapers, magazines to start.
The the dictionaries will think about using it.
If you invest a word that appeals to those who complie dictionaries, you may not need many uses. The guy who invesnted the word “floccinaucinihilipilification” didn’t need many uses to get in the dictionaries.
