The stressed syllables are printed in heavier type (thicker lettters) where it tells you the pronunciation, just after the little loudspeaker icon.

I saw it years ago when randomly browsing a dictionary, with an illustration. It’s frustrating to try and google or yahoo!, as all you get are sexual techniques and ab workouts.
And it’s NOT “Stradling”, it’s a weird word. Good luck.
