Well, doesn’t seem like you know anything about English either, as you do not know correct grammar.
Most words that get into the dictionary today have some sort of influence on people as a whole. Words that become a part of nearly everyone’s language or become familiar to most people are ones that they put into a dictionary. Why would they take a word that only you know and put it in the dictionary? No one else knows it or cares. Unless it gets used by everyone and becomes a staple in the language they aren’t going to publish it.

Question by Anna D: Teaching the use of the dictionary to kindergarteners?
so recently the class bought a dictionary each and naturally, i have to teach the children how to use it. anyone with some ideas as to how i can go about doing this without sounding bored?
i, for one, myself dont think the children should even begin using dictionaries at this point when most are still struggling with spelling. but then again, it is the management that wishes me to carry out the curriculum.
